Predicting Enteric Methane Emissions from Dairy and Beef Cattle Using Nutrient Composition and Intake Variables.

The objective of this study was to develop linear and nonlinear statistical models for predicting enteric methane emissions from beef and dairy cattle (EME, MJ/day). Ration nutrient composition (g/kg), nutrient (kg/day), energy (MJ/day), and energy and organic matter (OM) digestibility (g/kg) were used as predictors of CH production. Three databases of beef cattle, dairy cattle, and their combinations were developed using 34 published experiments to model EME predictions.

[Cost-effectiveness analysis of Chaiyin Granules in treatment of influenza].

This study aimed to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of Chaiyin Granules compared with Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules in the treatment of influenza(exogenous wind-heat syndrome). Based on a randomized, double-blind, positive drug parallel control clinical trial, this study evaluated the pharmacoeconomics of Chaiyin Granules with cost-effectiveness analysis method. A total of 116 patients with influenza from eight hospitals(grade Ⅱ level A above) in 6 cities were selected in this study, including 78 cases in the experimental group with Chaiyin Granules and Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules placebo, and 38 cases in the control group with Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules and Chaiyin Granules placebo.

Improved YOLOv5 infrared tank target detection method under ground background.

The detection precision of infrared seeker directly affects the guidance precision of infrared guidance system. To solve the problem of low target detection accuracy caused by the change of imaging scale, complex ground background and inconspicuous infrared target characteristics when infrared image seeker detects ground tank targets. In this paper, a You Only Look Once, Transform Head Squeeze-and-Excitation (YOLOv5s-THSE) model is proposed based on the YOLOv5s model.

[Randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial of Jingfang Granules in treatment of common cold(wind-cold syndrome)].

Jingfang Granules have the effects of inducing sweating to releasing exterior, dispersing wind and dispelling dampness. Modern studies have demonstrated that it has antipyretic and antiviral activities. Therefore, this trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jingfang Granules in the treatment of common cold(wind-cold syndrome).

Abnormal data detection of guidance angle based on SMP-SVDD for seeker.

The accuracy of the pitch angle deviation directly affects the guidance accuracy of the laser seeker. During the guidance process, the abnormal pitch angle deviation data will be produced when the seeker is affected by interference sources. In this paper, a new abnormal data detection method based on Smooth Multi-Kernel Polarization Support Vector Data Description (SMP-SVDD) is proposed.

Infrared and visible image fusion via octave Gaussian pyramid framework.

Image fusion integrates information from multiple images (of the same scene) to generate a (more informative) composite image suitable for human and computer vision perception. The method based on multiscale decomposition is one of the commonly fusion methods. In this study, a new fusion framework based on the octave Gaussian pyramid principle is proposed.

Evaluation of energy balances and greenhouse gas emissions from different agricultural production systems in Minqin Oasis, China.

Agricultural production in Minqin Oasis, China, is commonly categorized as intensive crop production (ICP), integrated crop-livestock production (ICLP), intensive livestock production (confined feeding) (IFLP), and extensive livestock production (grazing) (EGLP). The objectives of the present study were to use a life cycle assessment technique to evaluate on-farm energy balances and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of agricultural production, and to compare the differences among the four systems. Data used in the present study were collected from published literature and face-to face questionnaires from 529 farms in eight towns (two towns per production system) within Minqin county.
