A quartz crystal resonator (QCR) is an indispensable electronic component in the field of the modern electronics industry. By designing and depositing electrodes of different shapes and thicknesses on a quartz wafer with a certain fundamental frequency, the desired target frequency can be obtained. Affected by factors such as the deposition equipment, mask, wafer size and placement position, it is difficult to accurately obtain the target frequency at a given time, especially for mass-produced QCRs.

GATA transcription factor family members have been found to involve in the growth and differentiation of mammary gland. Among them GATA-3 is regarded as the most critical regulator involving the tumorigenesis of breast cancer (BC). Recently, trichorhinophalangeal syndrome-1 gene (TRPS-1), a new GATA family member, has been identified to be highly prevalent in breast cancer.

Methods: We carried out a retrospective study of clinical data from a series of 17 patients with SPT managed in two hospitals between October 2001 and November 2011.
Results: All of the 17 patients were female and the average age at diagnosis was 26.

Aim: To investigate let-7a expression and analyze the correlation between let-7a and progression of gastric mucosa cancerization.
Methods: The tissue microarray was constructed previously in 52 cases of human gastric carcinoma, 17 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis (atypical hyperplasia) and 11 cases of normal gastric tissue, and tissue microarrays combined with in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of let-7a.
Results: The positive rates of let-7a in normal gastric tissue, chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric carcinoma were 90.
