To understand how hypertranscription might drive cancer, we applied our formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE)-cleavage under targeted accessible chromatin method for mapping RNA polymerase II (RNAPII) genome-wide in FFPE sections. Introduction: The identification of peptides eluted from HLA complexes by mass spectrometry (MS) can provide critical data for deep learning models of antigen presentation prediction and promote neoantigen vaccine design. A major challenge remains in determining which HLA allele eluted peptides correspond to.
Methods: To address this, we present a tool for prediction of multiple allele (MA) presentation called LRMAHpan, which integrates LSTM network and ResNet_CA network for antigen processing and presentation prediction.
Objectives: To investigate the diagnostic performance of simultaneous multislice diffusion-weighted imaging (SMS-DWI) in differentiating malignant and benign breast lesions, and compare it with conventional single shot and readout segmented echo planar imaging without the SMS technique.
Methods: The literature search was performed in PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science to identify comparative studies reporting the diagnostic performance of SMS-DWI and conventional DWI in patients with breast lesions. Histopathological analysis was used as a reference standard for malignant breast lesions.
Objective: To study the changes in gastrointestinal wall thickness, blood flow, motility, and symptoms in patients with acute heart failure, and to assess gastrointestinal function by ultrasound.
Methods: In this study, patients diagnosed with acute heart failure were selected as the study group, and healthy individuals were selected as the control group. Both groups collected general data and completed the Chinese version of the gastrointestinal symptom rating scale.

Background: Based on real data from the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS), we explored and evaluated the adverse reactions (ADRs) of sulfasalazine (SSZ) in the first quarter of 2004-2023 to provide a reference basis and early warning for the safe use of SSZ in the clinic.
Research Design And Methods: The reporting odds ratio (ROR), the proportional reporting ratio (PRR), the Bayesian confidence propagation neural network (BCPNN), and the empirical Bayesian geometric mean (EBGM) were used as measures of SSZ-associated adverse events (AEs) signals, mining for potential positive signals between SSZ and AE.
Results: In this study, a total of 5327 case reports related to SSZ in the last 20 years involving 25 system organ classes (SOCs) were collected in FAERS.

Introduction: Patients with alcohol use disorder (AUD) may have distortions in time perception. This study investigated subjective time dilation (the tendency to perceive a time interval longer than it is) and its association with craving and impulsivity in AUD.
Method: Thirty abstinent male inpatients with AUD (age 29-60 years) and thirty sex-, age-, and education-matched healthy controls completed a temporal generalization task, which assessed the preference (point of subjective equality, PSE) and sensitivity of time perception in the second range.
