Temozolomide (TMZ) is the first-line therapy for glioblastoma (GBM), but its clinical efficacy is limited by its short half-life, poor brain targeting, adverse side effects, and the development of drug resistance. Ligustilide (LIG) has been shown to enhance blood-brain barrier permeability and reduce P-glycoprotein activity, thereby potentiating the synergistic effect of TMZ against GBM. The dual-drug-loaded nanoparticles encapsulating both TMZ and LIG (TMZ/LIG-NPs) were prepared using Poly (d,l-lactic-co-glycolide)-monomethoxy poly (ethylene glycol) (PLGA-mPEG).

To improve the retention time and skin-whitening efficacy of Atractylodes macrocephale essential oil (AMO), a novel Pickering emulsion based nanogel loaded with AMO (AMO-PEG) was successfully developed. This formulation employed nano-pearl powder (NPP) as the particle stabilizer for the Pickering emulsion and Bletilla striata polysaccharide (BSP) as the gel matrix. The pH, rheological properties, hardness, and elasticity of AMO-PEG were affected by the ratio of AMO-Pickering emulsion (AMO-PE) to BSP gel matrix.

High-voltage transmission technology can effectively address the issue of uneven spatial and temporal energy distribution, leading to its rapid development in recent years. To address the challenge of accurately identifying the source of the second traveling wave head in complex transmission network scenarios with existing single-ended fault location methods, a traveling wave network fault location method based on adaptive waveform similarity is proposed. The paper analyzes the propagation process of traveling waves in transmission lines and quantitatively derives the time-domain expression of the traveling wave waveform.
