The methodology entails employing GridSearch to harmonize and store the leaf nodes acquired post-training of the CatBoost model. These leaf node data subsequently serve as inputs for the radial basis function (RBF) layer, facilitating the mapping of leaf nodes into the hidden layer space.

This study investigated the mechanism of MLL3 in fibroblast-like synoviocyte (FLS) apoptosis and inflammatory factor secretion in RA. Expression of MLL3 in synovial tissue of RA patients and patients with bone trauma was detected.
