Phosphate removal from water by lanthanum-modified tobermorite synthesized from fly ash (LTFA) with different lanthanum concentrations was studied. LTFA samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and Brunauer‒Emmett‒Teller specific surface area analysis.
