There are two cultivated and weedy types of crop (TCWTPC), and they are widely distributed and cultivated in East Asia, especially in South Korea and Japan. The objective of this study is to create simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers linked to morphological traits that show differences between accessions of the TCWTPC using recently designed SSR primer sets in crop. Genetic diversity within 52 accessions of the TCWTPC, gathered from South Korea, was assessed using 28 novel SSR primer sets.

However, its specific role and underlying mechanisms in prostate cancer remain unclear. This study investigates the role of PTHrP and its interaction with the c-Met in prostate cancer.

However, there is still a lack of SSR primer sets (PSPSs) for studying genetic variation among accessions of cultivated and weedy types of crop (CWTPC) from South Korea. In this study, 30 PSPSs were newly developed based on transcriptome contigs in , and 17 of these PSPSs were used to study the genetic diversity, phylogenetic relationships and structure population among 90 accessions of the CWTPC collected from South Korea.

With the in-depth study of iron metabolism and the development of multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging technology, we used q-Dixon magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to measure the iron content of the PCa patients' lesions, and used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to measure the iron metabolism indicators in the patients' serum samples, combined with the patients' postoperative clinical data for analysis. We found that the serum indexes were correlated with the T2 star values, International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP) grade, and pathological classification in PCa patients (all P < 0.

Methods: This retrospective study included 208 patients undergoing first-time MRI/TRUS cognitive fusion combined with 12-core systematic TPPB from June 2015 to May 2019. The patients, aged 54-85 (67.
