Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) combined with inflammatory cell ratios in colorectal cancer (CRC).

Methods: This retrospective study compared the data of CRC patients with healthy controls. The CEA levels were measured, and the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), derived neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (d-NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR) were calculated.
