Introduction: Mammographic breast density (MBD) is a known risk factor for breast cancer and older women have higher incidence rates of breast cancer occurrence. The Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) is a commonly used MBD classification tool for mammogram reporting.
