During the depletion and pressure reduction process in condensate gas reservoirs, the precipitation of condensate oil transforms the single-phase gas flow into a two-phase gas-liquid flow, significantly reducing the permeability. Currently, microscopic studies of the phase behavior of condensate gas in porous media mainly focus on observing and describing the occurrence of condensate oil, lacking quantitative calculations and direct observations of condensate oil throughout the entire depletion cycle. This paper uses a microvisualization method to simulate the depletion process of condensate gas reservoirs.

Therefore, clarifying the gas production contribution of each layer in multilayer combined gas reservoirs is an important prerequisite for analyzing the potential of gas reservoirs and realizing efficient development.

However, the mechanisms underlying far-red light regulation of morphogenesis and photosynthetic characteristics in blueberry plantlets in vitro have remained elusive. Here, physiological and transcriptomic analyses were conducted on blueberry plantlets in vitro supplemented with far-red light.

As an essential negative regulator of GA signal transduction, DELLA proteins may exert significant effects on stalk development. However, the regulatory mechanisms underlying this regulation remain unclear.

KNOX proteins were reported to function as important regulators of the shoot apex to promote meristem activity by synchronously inducing CTK and suppressing GA biosynthesis, while their regulatory mechanism in the bolting and flowering is unknown. In this study, 9 genes were identified and mapped unevenly on 6 out of 10 flowering Chinese cabbage chromosomes.

Here we describe the identification of 12 rhizobial biotypes of Ensifer meliloti, which form nitrogen-fixing nodules in the roots of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.), followed by a comparative RNA-seq analysis of four alfalfa cultivars each inoculated with two E.

Thus, we used prediction methods, such as Tax4Fun, and performed a metagenome pre-study using 16S rRNA sequencing reads for a small scale survey of the microbial communities at degraded alpine steppes (i.e.

Seventy-three endophytic bacterial isolates were collected from seven tissues of five alfalfa cultivars in three geographic locations in Gansu, China. Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) fingerprinting of 16S rRNA and analysis of concatenated sequence of three housekeeping genes (atpD, glnII, and recA) and two symbiotic genes (nodC and nifH) were used for strain identification.

Objective: To observe the effects of Fuzheng Huayu Recipe (FHR) on rat's renal interstitial fibrosis induced by mercuric chloride (HgCl2), and to explore preliminarily its mechanism of action.
Methods: Rats were randomly divided into four groups: the normal group, the model group, the FHR group and the vitamin E group, the latter two were treated respectively by FHR 4.6 g/kg and vitamin E 100 mg/kg.

Objective: To investigate the effects of Fuzheng Huayu Recipe on renal interstitial fibrosis in rats induced by the toxic substances.
Methods: Forty Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups, including the normal group, model control and Fuzheng Huayu Recipe treated group. The renal fibrotic model was induced with intraperitoneal injection of dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) for 4 weeks and oral administration of food containing heavy metals such as Hg, etc for 8 weeks.
