[Immediate and long-term results of the combined treatment of patients with extensive destructive tuberculosis of the lungs].

To increase the treatment efficacy in patients with extended destructive tuberculosis of the lungs, in the background of adequate combined therapy a number of pathogenetic agents such as methyluracil and glucocorticoids, as well as tuberculin or ultrasound were used. 339 patients were examined. In 320 of them the remote results of the treatment were studied.
