Chemical Characterization and Hypoglycaemic Activities In Vitro of Two Polysaccharides from by Submerged Culture.

Polysaccharides from the fungus have been found to be biologically active. In this study, we carried out a preliminary characterisation and assessment of the hypoglycaemic activities of the polysaccharides (IOEP) from obtained by liquid fermentation. Two polysaccharides, IOEP1 and IOEP2, were isolated from IOEP.
