Maxillary central incisor impaction is one of the most common types of dental anomalies in children. Treatment of impacted central incisors is complicated and challenging given the position of the impacted central incisors, root development, and the complexity of the crown eruption direction. This study aimed to describe the use of a new multifunctional appliance for the treatment of impacted maxillary central incisors.
