Network pharmacology analysis of Icariside II against bladder cancer.

As a global health threat, bladder cancer (BC) is a common urological disease characterized by a high risk of progression and recurrence. Icariside II (ICA-II), a flavonol glycoside, exhibits antitumor ability in various tumors. However, there is no systematic study exploring the pharmacological mechanism of ICA-II in BC.

Methods: We described a series of 10 patients with poisoning admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) in April 2022.

A neural network-evolutionary computational framework for remaining useful life estimation of mechanical systems.

This paper presents a framework for estimating the remaining useful life (RUL) of mechanical systems. The framework consists of a multi-layer perceptron and an evolutionary algorithm for optimizing the data-related parameters. The framework makes use of a strided time window along with a piecewise linear model to estimate the RUL for each mechanical component.
