Objective: To investigate the effect of PDGFRα stromal cells derived SCF on hematopoiesis of adult mice.
Methods: Pdgfrα-CreER; R26-tdTomato mice model was constructed, and the proportion and distribution of PDGFRα cells in the liver, spleen, lung, kidney and bone marrow were analyzed by flow cytometry and confocal microscopy. Then the Pdgfrα-CreER; Scf mice model was further constructed, the Scf in PDGFRα was knocked out specifically, the effect of Scf-knocked out in PDGFRα stromal cells in the propitiation of HSPCs in the bone marrow was analyzed by flow cytometry.
Objectives: The main aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence and molecular characteristics of the gene in isolates obtained from all patients with bloodstream infections over a year in a Chinese teaching hospital. We also assessed the susceptibility profiles of the -positive strains and prognostic impact of this gene on the patients.
Methods: A total of 144 consecutive, non-repetitive isolates causing bloodstream infections were collected at a teaching hospital in Changsha, China from January to December 2016.
Objective Circulating microRNAs have been recognized as promising biomarkers for various diseases. The aim of the present study was to explore the potential role of circulating miR-107, miR-128b and miR-153 as non-invasive biomarkers in the diagnosis of ischemia stroke. Methods One hundred and fourteen ischemic stroke patients (61±11.
