Rationale: Streptococcus gordonii is a rare cause of finger suppurative infection. Very few cases have been reported of its treatment.
Patient Concerns: A 68-year-old male of severe finger infection.
Purpose: To observe the morphology of the transverse geniculate ligament of the knee (TGL) by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and to analyze the cause of the pseudotear sign of the anterior horn of the meniscus caused by the TGL.
Methods: Patients who underwent MRI examination of the knee joint in the orthopaedics department of our hospital from July 2016 to August 2019 were identified. The occurrence rate, length, width, thickness, cross-sectional shape, pattern, appearance, and position relative to the anterior horn of the lateral and medial meniscus and anatomical variations were observed by multiplane and multisequence MRI.

Rationale: Traumatic hemipelvectomy is a rare but life-threatening injury that involves separation of the pelvic ring from pubic symphysis usually results from high energy trauma and associated with other injuries.
Patient Concern: In this report, we describe a case of traumatic hemipelvectomy, who presented in hemorrhagic shock associated with other injuries such as: right groin injury with limitation of passive movement of right hip and knee joint, left pelvic visceral protruded out, and wrapped by peritoneum, all of the vulva and anal tear, lumbar vertebrae transverse process fracture.
Diagnoses: Traumatic hemipelvectomy.
Purpose: The primary goal of this study is to create a frequency map of a series of the quadrilateral plate fractures, explore the characteristics of fracture map and to further propose a new classification.
Methods: We used a consecutive series of 238 quadrilateral plate fractures to create 3-dimensional reconstruction images, which were superimposed and oriented to fit a model hemipelvis template by aligning specific pelvis landmarks. Fracture lines were identified and traced to create a quadrilateral plate fracture map.
