- * A case was reported of a 44-year-old man with esophageal cancer who developed reversed-halo signs on CT after a cold and was initially misdiagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia; however, he was later treated successfully for tuberculosis.
- * The case highlights the importance of differentiating between ICI-ILD and infectious pneumonia using bronchoalveolar lavage fluid analysis when patients on immunotherapy present with reversed-halo cycles on CT images.
