Systematic research is still lacking on the content of hydrophilic compounds in Fu Brick Tea (FBT) from major Chinese production regions and their variation patterns during the processing of FBT. In this study, a strong applicable method that could determine a total of 33 pesticides (54 compounds), 11 mycotoxins and functional components (ferulic acid) simultaneously in Angelica sinensis was developed. The compatibility of the sample pretreatment method for pesticides, mycotoxins, and functional components was improved by optimizing the acidity of extraction solvents, the sequence of ice bath and oscillation, the volumetric solution, and so on. Introduction: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is the causative agent 13 of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS), which is one of the most economically 14 devastating viruses in the Vietnamese swine industry.

Methods: With a view toward determining the 15 genetic variation among PRRSV strains in Vietnam, we examined 271 PRRSV protein 16 sequences obtained from strains isolated in Vietnam from 2007 to 2023, for which we constructed 17 phylogenetic trees. Additionally, a collection of 52 PRRSV-1 strains and 80 PRRSV-2 strains 18 isolated in different years were specifically selected for nucleotide and amino acid homology analysis 19 and amino acid sequence alignment.

Coacervates represent models for membrane-free protocells and thus provide a simple route to synthetic cellular-like systems that provide selective encapsulation of solutes. Here, we demonstrate a simple and versatile post-coacervation crosslink method using the thiol-ene click reaction in aqueous media to prepare covalently crosslinked coacervates. The crosslinking of the coacervate enables stability at extreme pH where the uncrosslinked coacervate fully disassembles.
