Purpose: This study employed the R software bibliometrix and the visualization tools CiteSpace and VOSviewer to conduct a bibliometric analysis of literature on lung cancer spread through air spaces (STAS) published since 2015.
Methods: On September 1, 2024, a computer-based search was performed in the Web of Science (WOS) Core Collection dataset for literature on lung cancer STAS published between January 1, 2015, and August 31, 2024. VOSviewer was used to visually analyze countries, institutions, authors, co-cited authors, and keywords, while CiteSpace was utilized to analyze institutional centrality, references, keyword bursts, and co-citation literature.
Objective: There is increasing evidence that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is associated with coronary heart disease (CHD). In this study, we provide valuable insights in the field by examining the evolution of the relationship between COPD and CHD over the past 20 years.
Methods: A comprehensive computer search was conducted in the Web of Science (WOS) core dataset, covering literature on COPD combined with CHD from January 1, 2005, to August 20, 2024.
Purpose: This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of preoperative computed tomography (CT) radiomic models combined with clinical and CT imaging features for predicting spread through air spaces (STAS) in patients with T1 lung adenocarcinoma.
Methods: The preoperative CT and clinical data of 219 patients with T1 invasive lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by surgery were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into training and test sets at a ratio of 7:3. Univariable and multivariable logistic analyses were performed on the clinical and CT manifestations to screen independent predictive factors for STAS (+), and a clinical model was constructed.
Introduction: Spread through air spaces (STAS) represents a novel invasive pattern in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and is a risk factor for poor prognosis in stage T1 LUAD. This study aims to develop and validate a CT habitat imaging analysis model for predicting STAS in stage T1 invasive LUAD.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 217 patients with preoperative stage T1 invasive LUAD (115 STAS-positive and 102 STAS-negative cases, including 151 in the train set and 66 in the test set).
Using a modified proximity extension assay, total and immunoglobulin (Ig) class-specific anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies were sensitively and conveniently detected directly from ø1.2 mm discs cut from dried blood and saliva spots (DBS and DSS) without the need for elution. For total Ig detection, antigen probes were prepared by conjugating recombinant spike protein subunit 1 (S1-RBD) to a pair of oligonucleotides.

The administrative units of 17 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) along the "Belt and Road" were selected as basic spatial units to calculate the provincial traffic carbon emissions along the "Belt and Road" from 2000 to 2021. On the basis of analyzing the spatial and temporal characteristics of traffic carbon emissions by using the spatial autocorrelation method, the spatial and temporal heterogeneity of influencing factors of traffic carbon emissions was explored by combining a fixed-effect regression model and geographic detector. The results show that: ① The provincial traffic carbon emissions along the "Belt and Road" had significant spatial positive correlation, and the overall trend was upward.

Methods: A total of 74 patients with respiratory diseases who were hospitalized from June 2020 to February 2021 were enrolled and stratified into a control group (n = 37) and an experimental group (n = 37) according to a stratified random sampling method. The control group adopted a routine nursing intervention program of the respiratory department, whereas the experimental group received a PMT-based nursing intervention program on the basis of the control group.
To understand fumaric acid sludge (FAS) systematically and comprehensively and find out how to utilize it, we conducted a series of characterization analyses on FAS. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) Spectra shows that the main component of FAS is fumaric acids and also contains a small amount of silicate. The nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen (H-NMR) spectrum also shows that fumaric acid accounted for a large proportion of FAS.
