There is currently strong interest in improving visual object tracking by augmenting the RGB modality with the output of a visual event camera that is particularly informative about the scene motion. However, existing approaches perform event feature extraction for RGB-E tracking using traditional appearance models, which have been optimised for RGB only tracking, without adapting it for the intrinsic characteristics of the event data. To address this problem, we propose an Event backbone (Pooler), designed to obtain a high-quality feature representation that is cognisant of the innate characteristics of the event data, namely its sparsity.

The burgeoning requirement for purified biomacromolecules in biopharmaceutical industry has amplified the exigency for advanced chromatographic separation techniques. Herein, macroporous cellulose microspheres (CCMs) with micron-sized pores are produced by a facile regulation via carbon nanotubes (CNTs). In this strategy, the incorporation of CNTs breaks the homogeneous regeneration of the cellulose, thus providing anisotropic phase force to produce macropores.

We conducted pharmacokinetic research wherein salcaprozate sodium (SNAC) was utilized as a penetration enhancer by incorporating it into pancreatic kininogenase (PK) to improve the bioavailability of pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets. We conducted in vitro studies on PK using the Caco-2 cell model and quantified PK levels using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. We conducted methodological verification by blending SNAC and PK powders into enteric-coated capsules, and studied the pharmacokinetic characteristics.
