Herein, a lysosome-targeting fluorescent probe MGO-Naph-A was designed and synthesized to detect MGO with high selectivity. The probe contained naphthalimide as the fluorescent group, -phenylenediamine as the MGO recognition group, and morpholine as the lysosome targeting group.
