The present study aimed to explore the effects of different exercise modes on neuromuscular junction (NMJ) and metabolism of skeletal muscle-related proteins in aging rats. Ten from 38 male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats (3-month-old) were randomly selected into young (Y) group, while the rest were raised to 21 months old and randomly divided into elderly control (O), endurance exercise (EN) and resistance exercise (R) groups. After 8 weeks of corresponding exercises training, the gastrocnemius muscles of rats were collected, and the expression of S100B in Schwann cells was detected by immunofluorescence staining.

Although the activation method of permonosulfate has been gradually developed, its practical application is severely restricted by the high cost and difficult recovery of the catalyst, thereby resulting in secondary pollution. In this study, the application potential of self-decolorization of dyes and degradation of other pollutants through persulfate(PS) activation was examined by building a self-decolorization system. The results showed that the dyes could activate PS under visible light irradiation, which could realize not only the self-decolorization of dyes, but also the degradation of other pollutants.

To explore the difference in the emission of air pollutants from coal stoves, five new and common residential coal stoves (square briquette, baffled heat exchange, heating and cooking integrated gasification positive burning, and gasification reverse burning stove) were selected. The emission level of major air pollutants was determined using simulated combustion in the laboratory for quantitatively evaluating the environmental effects of different coal stoves. Moreover, the factors and reasons for the differences were identified, and suggestions for the reduction of emission were proposed.
