Background: The immune microenvironment is a critical regulator of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) progression. However, the underlying mechanisms the regulatory role of immune-related long non-coding RNAs (irlncRNAs) in the ccRCC tumor microenvironment (TME) are still obscure.
