[Acute cholecystitis as a problem of laparoscopic surgery].

The article deals with experience in 89 operations of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute cholecystitis aged 17 to 82 years. A total of 92 attempts were made, 3 patients underwent laparotomy. Forty-five patients had catarrhal, 35 phlegmonous, and 9 gangrenous cholecystitis.
