IMPROVEMENT OF THE MODEL OF PREVENTION OF MALIGNANT NEOPLASM OF THE GASTRIC.

The fight against malignant neoplasms is one of the most important problems of health care in Ukraine; its relevance is due to the continuous growth of oncological morbidity in the population, the complexity of timely diagnosis and treatment, high cost, as well as quite high levels of disability and mortality of such patients. Gastric cancer, which remains one of the most common and deadly neoplasms in the world, occupies one of the leading positions among cancer. Aim - scientifically substantiate and develop a model for improving the organization of prevention of malignant neoplasms of the gastric.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF PREVENTION OF CONFLICT SITUATIONS IN THE FIELD OF HEALTHCARE.

In order for any organization, including a medical one, to function effectively in modern conditions, the entire management system, including the human resources management system, needs constant development and improvement. The staff of health care institutions is a community of people with different levels of conflict. The ability to build constructive relationships, use the most effective strategies of behavior in conflict situations and resolve conflict contradictions is an important indicator of the effectiveness of the work of managers at all levels.

WORLD AND NATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIZATION OF PREVENTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES.

The aim of the study was to examine the global, European and national experience in the implementation of preventive programs and to reveal their value in health, economy and social health development. The conducted research has found that the implementation of the national program, the correct methodological approach of the physician to evaluate risk factors, and implementing preventive measures of diseases of the circulatory system bring positive results (reduction of prevalence and incidence of cerebral stroke by 13,7% and 1,4%, respectively). The results of the analysis of the health care industry pointed out the possible directions of optimization of prevention of behavioral risk factors in the practice of family medicine as the first point of contact with the patient, where preventive measures are essential and effective.
