The use of biodiesel as an alternative to diesel remains controversial because of its potential impact on organic matter emissions. The present study aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of loxoprofen sodium cataplasm (LSC) with those of flurbiprofen cataplasm (FPC) in osteoarthritis (OA) treatment. In this multicenter, randomized controlled trial, subjects meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the two treatment groups. According to the manufacturer's instructions, the first group received LSC once daily, with the application of one patch per area for 2 weeks, whereas the second group received FPC twice daily, with the application of one patch per area for 2 weeks.

Neurotrophic keratopathy (NK) is a degenerative corneal disease characterized by impaired corneal sensitivity and epithelial repair that is often linked to sensory nerve dysfunction. To establish a clinically relevant model and explore the mechanisms underlying NK pathogenesis, we developed a novel mouse model through partial transection of the ciliary nerve. This approach mimics the progressive nature of NK, reproducing key clinical features such as corneal epithelial defects, reduced sensitivity, diminished tear secretion, and delayed wound healing.

In this paper, the road performance and mechanism of cement-phosphogypsum-red clay (CPRC) under dry and wet cycling were systematically investigated using 5% cement as curing agent, the mass ratio of phosphogypsum: red clay = 1:1, and 5% SCA-2 as water stabilizer. The road performance of dry and wet cycle mix was verified with the National Highway G210 Duyun Yangan to Yingshan Highway Reconstruction and Expansion Project as a test road to provide a scientific basis for the application of cement-phosphogypsum-red clay on roads. The results show that the cement-phosphogypsum-red clay unconfined compressive strength decreases with the increase of the number of wet and dry cycles, with a larger decay in the first three times and leveling off thereafter.

Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na), derived from natural cellulose and frequently employed as a biocompatible coating, thus renders it an ideal component for the construction of highly biocompatible neuromorphic devices aimed at biomachine interfaces. Here, an array of Mo/CMC-Na/ITO neuromorphic devices is fabricated, with CMC-Na serving as the functional layer.
