Article Synopsis
  • A new method for evaluating student attention in class uses the head Euler angle, combining video sampling strategies with dynamic thresholds to measure attention through head movement.
  • The method calculates "head up rate" and "head front-facing rate" from video data, allowing for a derived concentration score by normalizing these measurements.
  • Accuracy tests show this approach achieves 89.8% accuracy against survey scores and 98.43% accuracy across different head pose estimation models, demonstrating its reliability and robustness in assessing classroom concentration.

Objective: This study investigated the impact of the flap vascular pressurization technique on repairing large-area soft tissue defects in the limbs.

Methods: This study employed a randomized controlled trial design to enroll patients with large-area skin defects in the limbs, accompanied by exposed deep tissues such as nerves, blood vessels, bones, and tendons, for various reasons between July 2020 to July 2022. The patients were randomly assigned into two groups using a random number table method.
