Background: Maternal and neonatal mortality is a global problem that is highly prevalent in low- and middle-income countries, including Ethiopia. Maternal delay in seeking institutional delivery services utilization plays a significant role in determining maternal and neonatal health outcomes. Although studies have been conducted on institutional delivery service utilization in Ethiopia, little is known about factors for delays in seeking care for institutional delivery services.

Predictors of burnout among midwives working at public hospitals in northwest Ethiopia, 2022: A multi-centred study.

Problem: Midwives are susceptible to burnout due to the physically and emotionally demanding nature of their job. Burnout is an occupational phenomenon with far-reaching consequences.

Aim: This study aimed to assess the magnitude of burnout and predictors among midwives working at public hospitals in northwest Ethiopia.

Method: A facility-based cross-sectional study was conducted from 8 January 2021 to 28 February 2021 at Debre Markos town public health facilities. A total of 662 study participants were selected by systematic random sampling technique.

Factors Affecting Knowledge and Attitude Towards Hybrid Problem-Based Learning Curriculum Among Academicians of the University of Gondar, Northwest Ethiopia.

Background: Adapting a tutor role in a hybrid problem-based learning (h-PBL) model is a challenge to novices. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the factors associated with the academicians' knowledge and attitude toward the h-PBL curriculum.

Methods: An institution-based cross-sectional study was conducted from August 1st to 30th, 2021.

Background: In Ethiopia, nearly half of the mothers who were booked for antenatal care, who supposed to have institutional delivery, gave home delivery nationally. Home delivery accounts majority while few of childbirth were attended by the skilled provider in Amhara regional state.
