Due to the homogentisic acid oxidase deficiency, homogentisic acid accumulates in cartilage and connective tissues which leads to ochronotic arthritis. We reported a case of bilateral ochronotic arthritis verified by clinical presentation, imaging, arthroscopic and histological findings.
