Conditions of activity of medical service of the Armed Forces of RF predetermines the necessity of utilizing new methods of organization of the process of access of medical-technical models and medical equipment, including complex equipment. The article presents several definitions, connected with aterm "medical technics and equipment". Medicine chest, wallets, complexes of medical equipment and medical tool kits could be accessed to the purchasing of medical service of the Armed Forces and cold be added to the normative documents after their state registration according to the right legal way.

[Health care standards for surgical patients in clinical hospital].

In Russian Federation the Obligatory Health Insurance Standards are based on the a priori expert assessments but not on statistical analysis of really recorded cases. This leads to the essential standard incompleteness, indistinctness and heterogeneity. In Vishnevsky Institute of surgery the "Automatized system for care registration in hospital" was designed, and data base on more than 10,000 patients treated in 1995 to 1999 was created giving now the starting-point for further efforts for overcoming the above standards insufficiency.

[Characteristics of RNA production in the body of the nucleolus studied by an analysis of serial electron microscopic radioautographs].

Electron microscopic radioautography was used to examine the changes in the density of silver grains over the serial sections of neurons of the fifth layer of the rat cortex after injection of 3H-uridine. In the majority of the neurons under study, the changes in the density of silver grains over the sections of nucleoli did not correlate with those in the density over the sections of the extranucleolar part of the nucleus. On the basis of these findings the conclusion is drawn that essential differences in the grain density in the neighbouring sections of the nucleolus are caused by non-uniformity of distribution of newly synthesized RNA in the nucleolus rather than by the errors of the method described.
