Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APS) may complicate the clinical picture, often leading to recurrent arteriovenous thrombosis. This case report underscores the significance of two unique aspects: the rare occurrence of an atrial thrombus and the presence of antinuclear antibody (ANA)-negative SLE.
