A rapid, facile, and green spectrofluorometric method was developed for the concurrent precise estimation of itraconazole and ibuprofen. The developed method involved the use of Tween-80 micelle as a green sample matrix for the efficient assay of the analytes of interest. Besides the greenness of Tween-80, it significantly enhanced the native fluorescence of itraconazole by about 450%.

They were identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides (A4X, Z36P, B12 and O9) and Liquorilactobacillus mali (BR201 and FR123). Their exopolysaccharides synthesized from sucrose by dextransucrase (Dsr) were characterized as dextrans with (1,6)-D-glucopyranose units in the main backbone and branched at positions O-4, O-2 and/or O-3, with D-glucopyranose units in the side chain.

Our study might be the first report that uses mycelial filtrate of an endophytic fungus, Aspergillus flavipes, for SNPs production under optimal conditions as an antimicrobial agent against clinical multidrug-resistant (MDR) wound pathogens.
Results: In the present study, among four different endophytic fungi isolated from leaves of Lycium shawii, the only one isolate that has the ability to mycosynthesize SNPs has been identified for the first time as Aspergillus flavipes AUMC 15772 and deposited in Genebank under the accession number OP521771.
Scientific Backgrounds: Development of nanostructured biodegradable alloys has generated a great deal of interest in the recent years as they offer promising bioactive materials for reconstruction of bony defects following traumatic fractures or surgical excision of tumors.
Objectives: The aim of the current study was to investigate the biocompatibility of Iron-Manganese -based alloys (Fe-Mn) with addition of copper (Cu), Tungsten (W) and cobalt (Co) to obtain 3 different alloys namely, Fe-Mn-Cu, Fe-Mn-W, and Fe-Mn-Co on normal oral epithelial cell line, and their possible anticancer effect on MG-63: osteosarcoma cell line.
Materials And Methods: The sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay was used to assess cell viability percentage of both cell lines after exposure to discs of the proposed experimental alloys.
Background One of the most prevalent aberrant epigenetic modifications found in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is abnormal DNA methylation. Our study aimed to evaluate serum Ras association domain family 1A (RASSF1A) gene promoter methylation in patients with chronic viral hepatitis C (HCV)-associated liver cirrhosis with and without HCC as a potential new marker for the early detection of HCC. Methodology The 60 participants who participated in the trial were divided into the following three groups: 20 patients with newly diagnosed primary HCC on top of HCV-related liver cirrhosis, 20 patients with HCV-related liver cirrhosis, and 20 age- and sex-matched healthy individuals as a control group.

Fixed-dose combinations for treatment of hypertension are observed in many dosages in the global market because of their high efficacy compared to single component dosage forms. One of these effective combinations is atenolol/amlodipine which is usually administered to patients with hypertension. Hence, development of facile, accurate, and sensitive methods for simultaneous estimation of atenolol and amlodipine is of great importance for quality control testing and pharmacokinetic studies.

Pathogenic bacteria and viruses are the main causes of infectious diseases all over the world. Early diagnosis of such infectious diseases is a critical step in management of their spread and treatment of the infection in its early stages. Therefore, the innovation of smart sensing platforms for point-of-care diagnosis of life-threatening infectious diseases such as COVID-19 is a prerequisite to isolate the patients and provide them with suitable treatment strategies.
