Regulated cell death is a pivotal regulatory mechanism governing the development and homeostasis of multicellular organisms. A comprehensive understanding of RCD's regulatory mechanisms is crucial for developing novel therapeutic strategies against diseases associated with cell death, such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. However, existing data repositories support limited types of cell death data and lack comprehensive annotation and analytical functionalities.

Article Synopsis
  • Anthropomorphic hand manipulation in robotics is challenging due to its complex movements and high degrees of freedom, but recent developments in reinforcement learning (RL) have made progress in this area.
  • The new approach, Bionic-Constrained Diffusion Policy (Bio-CDP), combines insights from human hand control with a diffusion policy to improve the effectiveness of controlling robotic hands.
  • In simulations, Bio-CDP has outperformed other leading RL methods in terms of performance and data efficiency, showing strong adaptability and robustness even in complex tasks.

Collaborative robots (cobots) can be employed in close proximity to human workers without safety fences. The operation mode Power and Force Limiting requires that cobots not exceed the biomechanical limits of ISO/TS 15066 to ensure protection against injuries caused by collisions with them. Collision tests must be performed to prove that cobots cannot exceed the biomechanical limits.
