The process involves utilizing polymeric chitosan as the reducing and stabilizing agent. The characteristics of the developed cMgO-NMs were determined using various spectroscopical techniques.

In this study, we present the development and analysis of electrochemical sensors utilizing graphitic carbon nitride copper-tungsten nanoparticles (g-CN @Cu-W Nps) capped with various cationic surfactants of differing chain lengths and counter ions. The fabricated nanoparticles underwent thorough characterization to assess their morphological, structural, and compositional attributes, revealing their uniformity, spherical morphology, and monoclinic crystal phases. Subsequently, these nanoparticles were employed in the fabrication of electrochemical sensors for hydrazine detection.

To describe a chemoenzymatic approach joining an enzymatic regioselective hydrolysis of peracetylated N-acetyl-α-D-glucosamine () with a mild controlled acyl relocation which resulted 2-acetamido-2 deoxy-1,3,6-tri-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranose (). Immobilization of lipase on decaoctyl (DSEOD) and octyl-agarose (OSCL) was carried out as reported by the work of Bastida et al. The newly developed RP-HPLC method for examining the enzymatic hydrolysis was carried out isocratically utilizing a HPLC system.

Purpose: To separate and quantify four major saponins in the extracts of the skin and the endosperm of seeds of horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.) using ultrasonic solvent extraction followed by a high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) with positive confirmation by thin layer chromatography (TLC).

Methods: The saponins: escin Ia, escin Ib, isoescin Ia and isoescin Ib were extracted using ultrasonic extraction method.
