Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of unilateral and bilateral nail-rod system fixation in single-level intervertebral fusion fixation of lumbar disc herniation (LDH) and instability with unilateral dual-channel spinal endoscopy.
Methods: The clinical data of 63 patients with LDH complicated with instability treated by unilateral double-channel spinal endoscopy from March 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. According to intraoperative fixation methods, the patients were divided into two groups, included unilateral nail rod system fixation group(unilateral group) and bilateral nail rod system fixation group(bilateral group).
Background: Toxoplasma gondii is an intracellular opportunistic pathogenic protozoan that poses serious threats, particularly in immunocompromised individuals. In the absence of a robust prophylactic measure, the mitigation and management of toxoplasmosis present formidable challenges to public health. We recently found that GRA72 plays an important role in parasitophorous vacuole (PV) morphology, growth and virulence of T.

We retrospectively analyzed 101 couples who underwent preimplantation genetic testing at our center from January 2019 to June 2021 and collected 492 blastocysts for trophocyte (TE) biopsy. D3-5 blastocyst culture fluid and blastocyst cavity fluid were collected for the NICS.

Methods: A retrospective analysis of 64 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by surgery from June 2019 to March 2021. According to the different elastic fixation systems placed during the operation, the patients were divided into ordinary pedicle screw elastic rod link group (elastic rod group) and a special elastic pedicle screw rigid rod fixed connection group (elastic screw group).
The optimal assisted reproductive treatment strategy for infertile women with unilateral tubal obstruction remains uncertain. To investigate the role of intrauterine insemination (IUI) in the treatment of infertile women with unilateral tubal occlusion, the data of 148 couples were retrospectively collected and analyzed. Seventy-eight infertile women with unilateral occlusion diagnosed by hysterosalpingography (HSG) were categorized as the study group and 70 others with unexplained infertility as the control group.

However, the changes of gut microbiota following acute myocardial infarction (AMI) remain unknown. In this study, a total of 66 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control, AMI and SHAM groups.
