Glycoconjugates, including glycans on proteins and lipids, have obtained significant attention due to their critical roles in both intracellular and intercellular biological functions and processes. Notably, recent discoveries have revealed the presence of glycosylated RNAs (glycoRNAs) on cell surfaces. Despite the well-characterized roles of RNA modifications, RNA glycosylation remains relatively unexplored.

Background: With the widespread application of high-throughput technology, numerous meta-analysis methods have been proposed for differential expression profiling across multiple studies.

Objectives: We identified the suitable differentially expressed (DE) genes that contributed to lung adenocarcinoma (ADC) clustering based on seven popular multiple meta-analysis methods.

Methods: Seven microarray expression profiles of ADC and normal controls were extracted from the ArrayExpress database.

In order to be able to quickly, to a wide range of natural gas pipeline leakage monitoring, the remote detection system for concentration of methane gas was designed based on static Fourier transform interferometer. The system used infrared light, which the center wavelength was calibrated to absorption peaks of methane molecules, to irradiated tested area, and then got the interference fringes by converging collimation system and interference module. Finally, the system calculated the concentration-path-length product in tested area by multi-wavelength characteristics spectrum analysis algorithm, furthermore the inversion of the corresponding concentration of methane.

Pyrazine and 5-sulfosalicylic acid crystallize from a methanol solution containing water as the title salt, C(4)H(6)N(2) (2+)·2C(7)H(5)O(6)S(-)·2H(2)O. The pyrazine-diium cation sits on an inversion center. The component ions and water mol-ecules are linked by inter-molecular O-H⋯O, N-H⋯O and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds into layers running parallel to the (10) plane.
