Purpose: The evidence for adjuvant therapy of oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma (OCSCC) in National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines is derived from patients with head and neck cancer. Methods And Materials: Between 2004 and 2016, we retrospectively reviewed 1200 consecutive patients with OCSCC who underwent radical surgery and neck dissection in the Chang-Gung Memorial Hospital (CGMH).
