To detect ABO antigens in human bone tissue, we offer to treat standard isohemagglutinating and heteroimmune sera with anti-A and anti-B raising their specificity; use of high-avid immunoreagents produced by novel technique; different modifications of absorption-elution reactions providing significant results.

Distribution of some trace elements elements (zinc, selenium, iron, manganese, chromium) was characterized in enriched biomass of food micro algae Spirulina platensis by means of water-methanol fractionation. The majority of said trace elements was shown to be incorporated in intercellular hydrophylic fraction, e.g.

A modification of quantitative absorption and absorption elution tests with blood stain washing before the absorption phase is presented. Due to washing, the effect of carrier object on anti-Le(a) and anti-Le(b) sera is decreased and the sensitivity of the method is increased. Additional adsorption of the sera and elution into test erythrocytes treated with protease C is suggested for increasing the number of standard sera fit for the absorption-elution test.

Anti-P1 immunoreagents with incomplete antibodies are intended for detection of antigen of different degree of manifestation in blood traces during expert evaluation of material evidences by the adsorption-elution test. These reagents can be used for detecting weakly manifest P1 antigen in liquid blood in forensic medical studies.

The authors propose to prepare group-specific immunoreagents anti-A, anti-B, and anti-H for direct and indirect immunofluorescence from non-precipitated antisera of the appropriate specificities by a new technology making use of routine bioadsorbents and synthetic oligosaccharides. The method has been developed at Research Center of Forensic Medical Expert Evaluations of the Russian Ministry of Health. The immunoreagents were tried on a vast scope of experimental and expert specimens at several institutions.
