[Purification Technology Optimization for Saponins from Ziziphi Spinosae Semen with Macroporous Adsorption Resin by Box-Behnken Design-Response Surface Methodology].

Objective: To compare the purification effect of saponins from Ziziphi Spinosae Semen with different types of macroporous adsorption resin, and to optimize its purification technology.

Methods: The type of macroporous resins was optimized by static adsorption method. The optimum technological conditions of saponins from Ziziphi Spinosae Semen was screened by single factor test and Box-Behnken Design-Response Surface Methodology.
