The aetiology of pseudoaneurysms related to external fixation is attributed to various theories, including direct vascular damage due to misplaced pins or wires, overshooting or misguidance during osteotomy, distraction at the corticotomy site during an Ilizarov procedure, and continuous abrasion of the vessel caused by a wire inserted in close proximity to an artery. Arteriography proves valuable in documenting lesions and assessing deeper pseudoaneurysms, particularly when contemplating reconstruction; it plays a crucial role in guiding management decisions.

This study aimed to translate and validate a risk perception questionnaire specifically designed to assess the perceptions of safety and health risks among palm oil plantation workers in Terengganu, Malaysia.
Methodology: The original risk perception questionnaire, consisting of 22 items, was translated into the local language and culturally adapted.
To date, the utilization of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) fibers are only restricted to weak mechanical application such as wound dressing. Physically, CMC has a weak mechanical strength due to the high hydrophilicity trait. However, this flaw was saved by the extensive number of reactive functional groups, allowing this macromolecule to form linkages with chitosan to ensure its versatility.
