Our Letter shows that the trade-off between the resolution and destructiveness of optical imaging techniques imposes constraints on the efficacy of feedback cooling, and that rapid rethermalization is necessary for cooling thermal gases. We construct a simple model to determine the limits to feedback cooling set by the visibility of density fluctuations, measurement-induced heating, and three-body atomic recombination.

We demonstrate that this interaction results in a number of quantum gravitational signatures in the quantum state of the light that cannot be reproduced by any classical theory of gravity. Background: Intracranial blister aneurysms are a rare and an historically difficult to treat subset of aneurysms. They are distinct from typical saccular aneurysms with different pathophysiology and treatment options.
Methods: A prospectively maintained database of subarachnoid hemorrhage patients was queried for those presenting prior to the pandemic (2017-2019), and those presenting during the height of the pandemic in our locality (2021).
Current MR-vessel wall imaging (VWI) of unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIAs) permits the visualization of wall structures. Aneurysm wall enhancement (AWE) was associated with atherosclerotic remodeling of the aneurysm wall accompanied by infiltration of inflammatory cells, potentially contributing to rupture. This study sought to investigate whether the luminal concentrations of atherosclerotic proteins in the aneurysm sac were associated with increased wall enhancement of UIAs in VWI.
