Primary cardiac tumors are very rare and are often confused with other conditions due to clinical presentations or initial imaging. Here, we present a rare case of a 56-year-old male with right ventricular mass incidentally found on imaging. Appropriate testing should be conducted to rule out the possibility of a benign tumor.
