Cystic Echinococcosis/Hydatidosis considered as one of the most important parasitic diseases in humans and animals across the world. The goal of the present study was to determine a native antigen with an acceptable sensitivity and specificity to be used in the human hydatid cyst diagnostic methods. Background: Haemonchosis has a negative effect on the farming industry throughout the world, especially in the tropic and sub-tropic countries. The present study was carried out to differentiate Haemonchus species from its main hosts in Iran, including sheep, goat and camel.
