[Tuberculosis aneurysm of descending thoracic aorta treated by covered stent graft : A case report].

Tuberculous aneurysm is a rare but lethal disease. It preferentially affects the aorta. The contamination occurs either secondarily to a tuberculosis site in contact with the aorta or by blood contamination.
