C698R mutation in Lrsam1 gene impairs nerve regeneration in a CMT2P mouse model.

Missense mutation C694R in the RING domain of the LRSAM1 gene results in a dominantly inherited polyneuropathy, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 2P (CMT2P). We have generated and characterized a Lrsam1 knock-in mouse model produced through CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Both heterozygous (Lrsam1) and homozygous (Lrsam1) knock-in mice exhibited normal motor functions on behavioral tests as well as normal on nerve conduction studies.

GAMMA SPECTROMETRY AND NEUTRON ACTIVATION ANALYSIS OF TOOT OILFIELD WELLS OF DATTA FORMATION, UPPER INDUS BASIN, DISTRICT ATTOCK, PUNJAB, PAKISTAN.

Present study was aimed to investigate trace elemental composition and possible elemental correlation with depth of some Pakistani wells. Exploratory oil wells of Toot oilfield from Potwar region of upper Indus basin were selected for this purpose. Samples of well cuttings and soil sections were collected with the assistance of Oil and Gas Development Company Limited.

Study of Kinetic Freeze-Out Parameters as a Function of Rapidity in pp Collisions at CERN SPS Energies.

We used the blast wave model with the Boltzmann-Gibbs statistics and analyzed the experimental data measured by the NA61/SHINE Collaboration in inelastic (INEL) proton-proton collisions at different rapidity slices at different center-of-mass energies. The particles used in this study were π+, π-, K+, K-, and p¯. We extracted the kinetic freeze-out temperature, transverse flow velocity, and kinetic freeze-out volume from the transverse momentum spectra of the particles.
