The enthalpies of formation of 2-, 3-, and 4-CH-benzamide, as well as for 2-CHO-benzamide, were measured by using combustion calorimetry. Vapor pressures of the isomeric CH- and CHO-benzamides were measured by using the transpiration method. The enthalpies of sublimation/vaporization of these compounds at 298 K were obtained from temperature dependencies of vapor pressures.

Reaction time and recognition accuracy of speech emotional intonations in short meaningless words that differed only in one phoneme with background noise and without it were studied in 49 adults of 20-79 years old. The results were compared with the same parameters of emotional intonations in intelligent speech utterances under similar conditions. Perception of emotional intonations at different linguistic levels (phonological and lexico-semantic) was found to have both common features and certain peculiarities.

New analogs of some neurohypophyseal hormones (oxypressin, hydrin, glumitocin, vasotocin) have been synthesized. Experiments with injection of these peptides to rats showed that substitution of C-terminal glycinamide on beta-ethanolamine (glycinol) or ethylamine in 1-deamino-arginine vasotocin resulted in loss of natriuretic but not antidiuretic activity. Analogs of oxypressin and hydrin exhibited neither natriuretic activity nor ability to affect water reabsorption.

Comparative study of acoustic correlates of emotional intonation was conducted on two types of speech material: sensible speech utterances and short meaningless words. The corpus of speech signals of different emotional intonations (happy, angry, frightened, sad and neutral) was created using the actor's method of simulation of emotions. For comparative study of the pharmacokinetics of Cemidexor (capsules of 100 mg) and Suprax (capsules of 400 mg), a method of HPLC with quantitative determination of cefixime (the active substance in the drugs) in the blood plasma of patients with UV detection was developed. The ability of the auditory system to perceive and to classify the noise-like signals imitating natural sea noises has been studied in dolphins Tursiops truncatus. Results of the studies carried out in a sea bay at free movement of the animals have shown that dolphins are able to determine noise-like signals and to ascribe them to a certain class by using invariant characters, such as rhythmical sequence of impulses, regardless of the frequency-time scale of the signal presentation.
