Background And Purpose: One of the most important mechanisms of tissue regeneration is the high functional activity of cells, including proliferation. Currently, there are practically no effective skin cell activators on the pharmaceutical market. The purpose of this work was to demonstrate the stimulating effect of spiroconjugated 1,2,3-triazolo[5,1-]1,3,4-thiadiazine (STT) on the functional activity of fibroblasts.

At the same time, along with the increase in incidence, the number of complicated forms, such as choledocholithiasis in combination with stenosing duodenal papillitis (SDP) and obstructive jaundice, is increasing, which increases the importance of surgical approaches in the complex treatment of the disease and expands the range of conservative methods of therapy. In the given clinical observation of a young patient with severe cholelithiasis, accompanied by early and late complications, including the formation of postoperative scars and ventral hernias.

An example of the use of 3D-modeling of 3D-printing in the diagnosis and choice of a surgical approach for the treatment of hepaticocholedochal stricture is given. The inclusion of meglumine sodium succinate (intravenous drip, once a day, 500 ml, course of 10 days) into the therapy regimen was substantiated, which contributed to the reduction of intoxication syndrome due to its antihypoxic mechanism of action and, as a result, to a reduction in the duration of hospitalization and an increase in the quality of life of the patient.

The maximum size of droplets is estimated from the balance between gravity and Stokes force due to the action of upward Stefan flow generated by evaporation. Mathematical models of diffusion around levitating droplets allow us to determine Stefan flow velocity at the liquid layer surface.

The operation principle of the hydrophone bases on the molecular electronic transfer that allows high sensitivity and low level self-noise at low frequencies (<10 Hz) to be achieved. The paper presents a stabilization method of the frequency response within the frequency range at a depth up to 30 m.

Studies were conducted in an extended temperature range (25-125 °C) with a static external pressure of up to 10 atm. A pilot plant based on a high-pressure chamber with the ability to output an electrical signal was specially designed and commissioned.

We report experimental observation of similar behavior over a dry heated solid surface. Even though the lifetime of the array is shorter in this case, its geometric characteristics are remarkably similar to the case of droplets levitating over liquid-gas interfaces.

These peptides play an important role in protecting the chickweed plants from infection, and the pro-SmAMP2 gene was previously used to protect transgenic tobacco and Arabidopsis plants from phytopathogens.

Self-noise is one of the key characteristics which determine applications for MET sensors. However, until the present there has not been a model describing the sensor noise in the complete operating frequency range.

Comparative studies of the resonant transmission of light in the vicinity of exciton resonances measured for 15 few-micron GaAs crystal slabs with different values of N, reveal a surprising tendency. While N spans almost five decimal orders of magnitude, the normalized spectrally-integrated absorption of light scales with the impurity concentration as N(1/6).

Balance of autonomic nervous system was characterized by the Kerdo index and heart rate variability at Holter monitoring, endothelial function - by quantity of desquamated endotheliocytes in blood and vasomotor function in test with reactive hyperemia. Patients with higher class of angina and sympatheticotonia had pronounced disturbance of endothelial function appearing as increase in number of circulating desquamated endotheliocytes and diminished sensitivity of brachial artery endothelium to shear stress.
