The model of the induction response of the SPNP ensemble on the combined action of the magnetic harmonic excitation field and permanent bias field is built, and the analysis of possible ways to determine the magnetic moment and size of the nanoparticles as well as the parameters of the distribution of these variables is performed. Experimental verification of the proposed method was implemented on samples of SPNP with maghemite core in dry form as well as in colloidal systems.

Such action of these compounds was compared with the effect of well known anticancer agent doxorubicin and after conjugation of all above mentioned substances with new polyethylenglycol-containing polymeric comb-like carrier that was synthesized by the authors. Among the biochemical indicators of cardiotoxic action of anticancer agents, activity of the following enzymes in rat blood serum showed to be the most informative: creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, aspartate aminotransferase, and alanine aminotransterase.

The studied parameters of the doxorubicin toxicity were: the level of creatinine in the mice blood plasma and activity of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in the blood plasma of mice. The activity of catalase superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and intensity of lipid peroxidation was determined in the tissues of the heart, kidneys and liver.

Antibodies to ovalbumin and bovine serum albumin in the blood of mice were revealed using dot blot analysis and immunoenzyme analysis when applying the investigated polymer as a carrier of these protein antigens. Adjuvant properties of the polymer were compared to aluminum hydroxide, which is a component of many traditional vaccines.

Fish was subjected to the effect of Co-NC, Zn-NC, Co2+, Zn2+ or polymer carrier (PC) in the concentrations correspondent to 50 microg x Co/l or 100 microg x Zn/l during 14 days. It was shown that the MTs response is highly specific for the nature of metal, both in ion and Me-NC form: the effect of Co and Co-NC provoked the elevation of total MT concentration (MT-SH) and activation of antioxidant defence, whereas Zn and Zn-NC induced the decrease of the concentration of MT-SH and the inhibition of antioxidant defense.

The aim of our study was to compare the antineoplastic effect of free doxorubicin and its complex with a nanoscale polymeric carrier towards HTC116 colorectal carcinoma cells. It was established that application of the complex of poly(5-tret-butylperoxy)-5-methyl-1-hexene-3-in-co-glycydyl metacrylat)-graft-polyethyleneglycol (poly(VEP-GMA-PEG)-graft-PEG), where VEP--5-tret-butylperoxy)-5-methyl-1-hexene-3-in; GMA--glycydyl metacrylat; graft-PEG--graft-polyethyleneglycol accordingly, functionalized with phosphatidylcholine for doxorubicin delivery increased 10 times the efficiency of cytotoxic action of this drug, as compared wich such efficiency in case of the action of free doxorubicin.

The NSE suspension reduces the level of urea in the blood plasma of mice with the Lewis carcinoma, which growth was revealed as a result of introduction of doxorubicin. Under introduction of nanocomplex the amount of urea remains at the level of that in the intact mice.

It was revealed that heavy metals consumption with drinking water results in the development of the neurotization processes, at that due to animals hyperactivity there is an exhaustion of nervous centers that is reflected by prolongation of immobility periods in animals. Increase of the latent period of conditioned reflex formation in the 8th radial labyrinth together with decrease of task fulfillment efficiency indicate deterioration of the training ability of these animals and impairment of their short-term memory.

It has been found that reaction of cells in brain cortex, subcortical structures and cerebellum to these factors in all cases is revealed through the antioxidant enzyme activities decrease in all studied brain structures but in various degrees. In brain cortex, which is characterized by higher metabolic level, functional complexity and specialization, the higher level of antioxidation defense is marked both in normal state and under the action of negative factors, that allows to maintain the prooxidation-antioxidation balance.

The major component of this fraction proved to be a thrombin-like enzyme, properties of which were studied by means of several coagulation tests. Dissimilarity in coagulating effects of the venom and its thrombin-like fraction as well as different physical properties of blood clots formed after their action suggest that the venom from Agkistrodon halys halys contained other protein factors affecting blood coagulation besides the thrombin-like proteases.
