Cadherin 17 (CDH17) is highly expressed in digestive system cancers, and the potential of nanobodies targeting CDH17 as imaging probes and delivery vehicles for radioactive β-particles warrants exploration for their theranostic potential in CDH17-overexpressing gastric cancer (GC). In this study, we screened an anti-CDH17 nanobody library and constructed two antibodies: anti-CDH17 VHH (recombinant nanobody fused with a polyhistidine tag) and anti-CDH17 VHH-ABD (recombinant nanobody fused with an albumin-binding domain). VHH targeting CDH17 and its derivative VHH-ABD were conjugated with DOTA and labeled with radionuclide Lu.

Nevertheless, strong interaction between active sites and OOH intermediates usually induces the O─O bond cleavage to convert 2e pathway into the sluggish 4e ORR. Therefore, it is highly necessary to optimize the electronic structure of 2e ORR electrocatalysts for the regulation of adsorption energy.

In this study, we first investigated airborne fungi concentrations in different function areas of a Chinese shiitake factory. Then, high-throughput sequencing was employed to characterise the airborne fungal compositions and communities of this factory during high and low incidence seasons of shiitake artificial log rot disease (SLRD).

This singular ordered homojunction-heterostructure unites ultrathin 1D rutile TiO nanowires (NWs) and ultrathin anatase TiO NWs with 0D Prussian Blue Analogs (PBAs) nanoparticles (NPs), all exhibiting crystallographic oriented alignment with each other, forming a ternary mesocrystals. Experimental and theoretical insights disclose that the complex interplay between these dissimilar components is governed by a spontaneous lattice match effect, which not only optimizes but also directs the charge transfer, thereby enhancing both efficiency and stability.

In 2022, the Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2 rapidly became the dominant circulating variant in the local COVID-19 outbreaks in Tianjin Municipality, China. To gain a deeper understanding of the genetic variations of the Omicron variant in Tianjin, specimens from individuals who tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 between December 2021 and November 2022 were used for virus whole genome sequencing and phylogenetic analysis.
