Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is one of the most prevalent and severe complications associated with diabetes mellitus (DM). The onset of DCM is insidious, with the symptoms being obvious only in the late stage. Consequently, the early diagnosis of DCM is a formidable challenge which significantly influences the treatment and prognosis of DCM.

Materials And Methods: Rectangular shaped zirconia substrates (10 × 5 × 5 mm) were manufactured through SLA, DLP, and CNC technology separately. Their surface roughness was measured and the surface topography was analyzed by atomic force microscope (AFM).
This study proposes a novel rolling bearing fault diagnosis technique based on a synchrosqueezing wavelet transform (SWT) and a transfer residual convolutional neural network (TRCNN) designed to address the difficulties of feature extraction caused by the non-stationarity of fault signals, as well as the issue of low fault diagnosis accuracy resulting from small sample quantities. This approach transforms the one-dimensional vibration signal into time-frequency diagrams using an SWT based on complex Morlet wavelet basis functions, which redistributes (squeezes) the values of the wavelet coefficients at different localized points in a time-frequency plane to the estimated instantaneous frequencies. This allows the energy to be more fully concentrated in actual corresponding frequency components.

With the snake venom Kunitz-type peptide BF9 as the scaffold, we obtained a highly active XIa inhibitor BF9-N17K in our previous work, but it also inhibited the hemostatic target plasmin. Here, in order to enhance the selectivity of BF9-N17K toward XIa, four mutants, BF9-N17K-L19A, BF9-N17K-L19S, BF9-N17K-L19D, and BF9-N17K-L19K, were further designed using the P2' amino acid classification scanning strategy.

Through this innovative approach, we propose a new solution strategy and idea for the difficult problem of mutual constraints between electrical and mechanical properties faced by traditional dual-phase reinforced Cu-matrix composites. Meanwhile, the modulation mechanism of ReO in CMCs and the electrical and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.
